Do I need to have a valid ID?
For the majority of the benefits that answer is yes. There are a few benefits that may not. Just to be on the safe side, make sure your ID is current.
Are we a government agency?
No. We are an NGO, a non government agency. That allows us to explore both public and private benefits and bring you the best benefit offers.
How soon can we expect to receive benefit offers?
Our benefits team is on the job Mon.-Fri. excluding federal holidays. If your request is on a weekend or holiday, we will begin exploring benefits matches for you on the next business day.
